Applicants must supply complete lineage logs, indicating any historical tissue propagation rounds, mother-plant identification numbers, and laboratory records of genomic sequencing. When a botanical asset is flagged for higher-tier classification (values exceeding $15,000 USD), the registrant agrees to permit physical examination, pest quarantine documentation checks, and leaf-sample genetic assays by a board-certified horticulturist assigned by the secretariat.
